Ultra-thin PD probe design
Compact size: Ultra-thin probes (such as those with a thickness of less than 5mm) are easy to integrate into compact devices or narrow Spaces, making them suitable for scenarios like optical fiber communication and optical module testing.
High sensitivity: Utilizing materials such as InGaAs, covering the 800-1700nm band (common communication wavelengths), the sensitivity can reach -45dBm or even lower, making it suitable for low-power signal measurement.
Fast response: The response time of PD probes is typically at the nanosecond level, making them suitable for real-time monitoring of dynamic optical signals such as pulsed lasers.
